Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Data Scientist with a portfolio of ML projects.
• Proficiency in Python or R and libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn.
• Experience with Spark, Hadoop and SQL.
• Strong statistical modeling, experimental design and A/B testing skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and data-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy ML models and algorithms to solve business problems.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis, identify patterns, and generate actionable insights from large datasets.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to productionize data science solutions.
• Communicate complex findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders with visualizations and reports.
