PointClickCare (US) is seeking a Principal AI Machine Learning Platform Engineer to set the technical vision and strategy for the ML platform that powers ML and generative AI development across the company. You will partner with Product and Engineering leadership to align the roadmap with business goals and provide mentorship to raise the engineering bar for ML systems.

You will define reference architectures, standards, and pipelines, drive CI/CD, monitoring, security, and cost-efficient

Qualifikationen

• Expert in Python and Java with strong engineering fundamentals.
• Experience designing ML platforms and MLOps at scale.
• Experience with cloud platforms and container orchestration.

• Translate business objectives into a multi-quarter ML platform roadmap.
• Define architectures for scalable data and ML pipelines.
• Lead MLOps practices including CI/CD for models and experiment tracking.
• Ensure reliability, observability, and performance of ML systems.

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship across teams.
