Job summary

Spotify is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager for its Personalization team in the United States. You will lead end-to-end programs across ML, data platforms, and personalization initiatives, coordinating engineering, data science, product, and design to deliver impactful recommendations to millions of listeners.

You will own roadmaps, track milestones and risks, and shepherd ML workflows from training to production.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in technical program management.
• Experience delivering multi-team tech programs from planning to production launch.
• Familiarity with ML development workflows and data platforms.
