Spotify is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead end-to-end ML and personalization programs that help hundreds of millions of listeners discover music and podcasts. You will coordinate between engineering, data science, product, and design to deliver scalable recommendations.

This role emphasizes owning roadmaps, risk management, and clear, data-driven updates to leadership. The team operates with hybrid work flexibility in the US Eastern time zone.

Formación

• 8+ years of experience in technical program management, including ML/AI or data platforms.
• Proven track record delivering multi-team programs from planning to production.
• Strong understanding of ML development workflows and data pipelines.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end program management for large-scale ML and personalization initiatives across engineering, data science, product, and design.
• Drive delivery of recommendation systems and personalization models with clear accountability for outcomes.
• Own roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, and risk plans to prevent blockers.
• Orchestrate ML development workflows including training pipelines, experimentation, data infra, and deployment.
• Partner with engineering leaders on capacity planning and trade-off decisions.
• Drive alignment across ML engineering, data science, product, platform, and UX teams.
