Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, ML or related quantitative field.
• 6+ years Python/Java/Golang/C experience.
• 6+ years ML experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• 6+ years operating large-scale distributed systems (Spark, Ray).
• 4+ years deploying ML in production on AWS/GCP/Azure with Kubernetes.
• 1+ year of people leadership.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deliver ML models with Product and Data Science teams.
• Scale multi-tenant platforms for training and serving large ML workloads.
• Inform infra decisions: model, data, feature selection, training & tuning.
• Write, test, and deploy production ML code with test automation.
• Collaborate in cross-functional Agile teams for state-of-the-art ML apps.
• Retrain, monitor, and govern models in production; cloud delivery.
• Mentor, recruit, and elevate engineering peers.
