Job summary

J&T Business Consulting seeks a Machine Learning Engineer (TS/SCI with Polygraph) to develop compliance analytics and data processing tools in Laurel, MD. You will design ML models, implement automated tooling, and integrate ML pipelines with backend data systems in an R&D setting.

You will work with Python/Java/Scala on Linux, using tools like Git, Jira, and Confluence, delivering production-grade features and monitoring across the data stack.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline (or 18 years of relevant software engineering experience in lieu of degree).
• 14+ years of software engineering experience on programs of similar scope and complexity, OR 18 years of experience without a degree.

Responsibilities

• Design, prototype, and maintain compliance automation tools and analytics.
• Implement, test, and validate ML/AI algorithms within an R&D environment.
• Develop data-driven features and data pipelines for enterprise platforms.
