Integrity Technology Consultants, Inc. is seeking an AI/ML Software Engineer with Top-Secret SCI and polygraph clearance in Fort Meade, MD. You will design, develop, test, and maintain scalable software with LINUX and basic networking, integrating AI/LLM components for government clients.

You will work in a full-stack environment, collaborate with product managers, SMEs and leadership, and mentor junior engineers while exploring AI integration opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• 14+ years of SWE experience on programs/contracts of similar scope.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
• DoD8570 IAT2 certification compliance required.

Aufgaben

• Design, develop software applications using Gradle, Java, Python.
• Gather and evaluate end-user and customer requirements.
• Write, test, debug and deploy code.
• Perform code reviews to maintain quality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve defects and performance issues.
• Contribute to project planning and strategy.
• Mentor junior software engineers and collaborate with SMEs.
