Job summary

AHU Technologies Inc is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to own end-to-end recommendation and search systems in a remote US setting. You will drive retrieval and ranking with embeddings, candidate generation, and two-tower models, while delivering measurable improvements in content discovery.

We value 5+ years of production ML experience, a Bachelor’s degree from China, and hands-on work on consumer entertainment or social platforms.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industry experience building production ML systems with senior ownership.
• Hands-on experience with recommendation, search, ranking, ads ranking, feed ranking, or content discovery systems.
• Experience in consumer apps, entertainment, social, gaming, creator, or engagement-driven products.

Responsibilities

• Build recommendation and search across feed, discovery, search, and content continuation.
• Own retrieval and ranking: candidate generation, embeddings, two-tower models, features, and serving quality.
• Design, launch, and analyze experiments for recommendation/search improvements.
