Job summary

Torc Robotics, Inc. is seeking a senior AV/ML engineer to design and deploy production ML models for multi-object tracking and sensor fusion. You will work with camera, LiDAR, radar data and scalable training pipelines, using PyTorch and modern C++/Python across the full lifecycle.

You will collaborate with perception, mapping, planning, and platform teams to deliver integrated autonomous driving capabilities, and you will mentor others while establishing engineering best practices.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and deploying ML models for perception and tracking.
• Background in AV/robotics perception systems including tracking and sensor fusion.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals in Python and C++.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy production ML models for multi-object tracking and sensor fusion.
• Develop scalable training and evaluation workflows using PyTorch and distributed training.
• Collaborate across perception, mapping, planning, controls, and platform teams.
• Provide technical leadership through reviews and best-practice development.
