You’ll own model training, serving, experimentation, and collaboration with engineers and product analytics to translate ambiguous needs into measurable product decisions.

Qualifications

• Built recommendation, ranking, search, matching, or next-best-action systems.
• Experience with distributed systems using Go/TypeScript.
• Experience owning models from development through production.

Responsibilities

• Evolve the Interactive Learning Plugin's recommendation system.
• Develop personalized ranking and next-best-action strategies.
• Own a real-time recommendation service and feature pipelines.
• Train, validate, monitor, and iterate production models.
