Factored is hiring a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to build state-of-the-art recommender systems and leverage Generative AI. You’ll work with large-scale data using Databricks and Spark in a fully remote setup from anywhere, collaborating with a dynamic, mission-driven team.

The role requires 5+ years in ML engineering, with at least 1 year focused on recommender systems, and strong Python plus TensorFlow/PyTorch skills.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in ML engineering with proven model development and deployment.
• At least 1 year designing and deploying recommender systems.
• Strong Python programming and ML framework experience.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement recommender systems to improve product discovery and engagement.
• Build and manage scalable ML pipelines using Databricks and Spark.
• Develop models (Wide & Deep, Two-Tower, Transformers) and embeddings for recommendations.
• Collaborate with software engineers, data scientists, and stakeholders to productionize models.
• Monitor and optimize deployed models for accuracy and reliability.
• Stay current with ML, recommender systems, and Generative AI advancements.
