Job summary

Plenful is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to design, build, and deploy production-grade ML systems powering our AI platform. You will own end-to-end lifecycle from experimentation to production and model performance.

You'll collaborate with software engineers, product managers, and data teams to automate healthcare workflows, improve operational efficiency, and deliver great user experiences. This is a hands-on, fast-moving startup role with impact across customers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software or machine learning engineering experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS, ML, Engineering, Mathematics or related field.
• Strong Python programming experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy production ML models.
• Develop scalable ML pipelines for training, evaluation, monitoring, and inference.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to translate customer problems into ML solutions.
• Improve model performance through experiments and feature engineering.
• Stay current with ML advancements and bring practical innovations.
