Plenful is seeking a Machine Learning Engineer to design, build, and deploy production-grade ML systems powering our AI platform. You will own end-to-end lifecycle from experimentation to production deployment and model performance, partnering with software engineers, product managers, and data teams.

This engineering-focused role emphasizes solving hard problems with practical solutions, taking ownership from idea through production for a fast-moving startup.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software or ML engineering experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, ML, Engineering, Math, or related field.
• Strong Python programming experience.
• Experience deploying ML models to production.
• Solid understanding of supervised and unsupervised learning.
• Familiarity with ML infrastructure and MLOps tools and vector databases.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy machine learning models into production.
• Develop scalable ML pipelines for training, evaluation, monitoring, and inference.
• Build intelligent services using NLP, LLM, classification, recommendation, and prediction techniques.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to translate customer problems into ML solutions.
• Improve model performance through experimentation and feature engineering.
• Work with structured and unstructured data to develop production-ready features.
• Implement monitoring and retraining strategies to maintain model quality.
• Optimize model latency, scalability, and infrastructure costs.
• Contribute to architecture discussions and engineering best practices.
• Stay current with ML advancements and bring practical innovations.
