Glean Technologies in Mountain View, CA is seeking experienced Machine Learning engineers to join the Enterprise Brain team. You will work on proactive AI capabilities, design scalable models, and deliver production-ready ML solutions.

The role is hybrid (4 days/week in-office) in Mountain View, with competitive base salary and comprehensive benefits. You will mentor teammates, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and help push product-ready AI at scale.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of industry experience in machine learning engineering.
• BA/BS in computer science, math, sciences, or a related field.
• Proven ability to design, build, and ship production-ready models and systems.
• Demonstrated expertise in ML evaluation, benchmarking, and data quality.
• Proficiency in ML frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Ability to thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous environments and deliver production-ready outcomes.
• Capacity to balance speed with quality while maintaining production readiness.

Responsibilities

• Tackle advanced ML challenges focused on user understanding and task prediction.
• Develop new LLM workflows and signals to strengthen reasoning, planning, and personalization.
• Design and improve reinforcement learning and fine-tuning methods to raise quality of understanding and prediction.
• Lead development of scalable evaluation, benchmarking, and optimization loops.
• Build and maintain robust ML pipelines for enterprise and knowledge graph construction.
• Measure, monitor, and improve data quality, model quality, and end-to-end system performance.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver production-ready ML solutions.
• Mentor junior engineers in a fast-paced, high-velocity environment.
