Glean Technologies in Mountain View, CA is seeking experienced Machine Learning engineers to join the Enterprise Brain team. You will work on proactive AI capabilities, design scalable models, and deliver production-ready ML solutions.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of industry experience in machine learning engineering.
• BA/BS in computer science, math, sciences, or a related field.
• Proven ability to design, build, and ship production-ready models and systems.
• Demonstrated expertise in ML evaluation, benchmarking, and data quality.
• Proficiency in ML frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Ability to thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous environments and deliver production-ready outcomes.
• Capacity to balance speed with quality while maintaining production readiness.

Compensation and Benefits

• Base salary range: $200,000 - $280,000 annually
