Target is seeking a Lead ML Engineer for Advanced AI in Sunnyvale, CA. Qualifications

• 4-year degree in quantitative disciplines or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on software engineering, including production systems.
• Strong experience with Python and AI/ML frameworks.
• Experience with LLM-powered applications and agentic systems.
• Ability to translate ambiguous problems into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication with engineers, data scientists, and stakeholders.
