Job summary

AssetWatch seeks an experienced Machine Learning Engineer with a specialization in Signal Processing and Predictive Maintenance. You will extract diagnostic features from IIoT sensors and other data to build models for diagnosis, prognosis, anomaly detection, and health assessment of critical machinery across various components.

The role requires expertise in classical ML, CNNs, RNNs/LSTMs with attention, and deployment in AWS environments.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a relevant field with research or industry experience.
• Proven Predictive Maintenance and Condition Monitoring background.
• Strong ML foundations including supervised/unsupervised learning.
• Hands-on production ML on AWS with ML Ops exposure.
• Experience with time-series data and signal processing techniques.
• Proficiency in Python and scalable software engineering practices.

Responsibilities

• Extract, preprocess, and analyze sensor data for diagnostics.
• Design end-to-end ML solutions from data access to production monitoring.
• Train, validate, and deploy predictive maintenance models.
• Develop time-series and signal-domain features for fault detection.
• Collaborate with MLOps and Data Engineers for productionization.
• Review and compare algorithms; document experiments and tradeoffs.
• Lead data mining workflows with domain engineers for labeling.
• Stay current with ML advances and industrial condition monitoring.
