You will combine deep ML expertise with software development, mentoring developers, scaling systems, and shaping AI strategy across thousands of industrial sites.

This role sits at the intersection of ML architecture, IoT data, and product impact, driving the roadmap for AI-enabled maintenance and reliability.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of ML/Data AI experience.
• Strong Python expertise; PyTorch & TensorFlow.
• Production ML deployment at scale.
• LLMs, time-series modeling & anomaly detection.
• Lead architectural decisions; mentor teams.
• MLOps tooling: Docker, Kubernetes, SageMaker.
• MS/PhD in CS/ML preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead direction for predictive maintenance and LLM-powered intelligence.
• Architect end-to-end ML systems: data to deployment.
• Mentor ML/data developers; promote robust model lifecycles.
• Align AI roadmap with customer needs and business goals.
• Design data loops linking telemetry to retraining.
• Optimize performance via quantization, distillation, scalable inference.
• Work with LangChain/LlamaIndex/Hugging Face for reasoning systems.
• Ensure production ML infra meets latency, reliability, security.
