Job summary

MaintainX is seeking a visionary Senior Director to define and scale AI strategy for the MaintainX platform. You will lead an AI/ML organization spanning agentic AI, predictive models, and integration with OT/IT workflows, partnering with Engineering, Product, Marketing, and Sales.

You will drive long-term vision, build scalable AI platforms, and evangelize AI leadership in CMMS/EAM, enabling frontline teams to digitize operations and reduce downtime.

Qualifications

• Experience leading AI/ML teams at scale.
• Strong background in agentic AI and ML solutions.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, Marketing, and Sales.

Responsibilities

• Define the long-term product and platform vision with progressive milestones and KPIs.
• Empower MaintainX engineers to adopt Agentic AI tools in their development pipelines.
• Translate AI/ML research into production-ready solutions delivering measurable value to customers.
• Build and evangelize MaintainX/Autodesk positions as AI leaders in CMMS/EAM.
• Lead the design and build of scalable Agentic AI platforms (RAG, evaluations, orchestration).
