Job summary

MaintainX is seeking a visionary AI leader to define and scale our AI strategy and organization. You will drive agentic AI and ML solutions to make MaintainX the category-defining intelligence layer for industrial operations, partnering with Engineering, Product, Marketing and Customer Success.

You will build an enterprise-grade AI platform and a high-performing team, delivering measurable customer value while balancing speed and long-term vision in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of applied AI/ML experience.
• 7+ years leading teams in high-growth tech companies.
• Proven track record deploying predictive deep learning models at scale.
• Expertise across multimodal ML (sensor, text, image, vibration) and MLOps.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a long-term AI strategy and vision.
• Build and scale the AI organization across platform, ML and product teams.
• Lead development of agentic AI platforms and scalable data pipelines.
• Collaborate with product, design, GTM and executive leadership.
