Job summary

MaintainX, now part of Autodesk Operations Solutions, seeks a visionary and execution-driven AI leader to define and scale our AI strategy and organization. You will drive Agentic AI and ML solutions to establish MaintainX as the category-defining intelligence layer for industrial operations.

Lead a world-class AI/ML team across platform, data science and product, partner with engineering, product, design and GTM to deliver measurable customer value, and build scalable AI platforms and data

Qualifications

• 12+ years of applied AI/ML experience in high-growth tech companies.
• 7+ years leading teams responsible for AI/ML initiatives.
• Proven success deploying predictive deep learning models at scale.
• Expertise across multimodal ML, MLOps or Agentic AI frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Define the long-term product and platform vision with milestones and KPIs.
• Build scalable Agentic AI platforms and RAG systems.
• Lead data ingestion, processing and inference pipelines for millions of documents and videos.
• Represent AI internally and externally and collaborate with GTM teams.
