Job summary

ThinkTrends is an Enterprise AI company seeking a Machine Learning Engineer – Generative AI with 7+ years of experience to design, build, and deploy intelligent agents capable of reasoning, planning, and autonomous action in regulated environments.

You will work with LLMs, multi-agent systems, tool integration, and scalable architectures while collaborating with senior engineers in a fast-moving, security-conscious team.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in machine learning or software engineering with AI focus.
• Bachelor's degree as listed in Education.
• Proven experience building AI agents and LLM-enabled applications.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy AI agents that reason and act autonomously.
• Develop multi-agent systems for collaboration and coordination.
• Create tool-using agents interacting with APIs, databases, and external systems.
• Implement memory and context management for stateful agents.
• Build agent orchestration pipelines and production deployment workflows.
• Monitor performance, safety guardrails, and resource usage in production.
• Collaborate with senior engineers and participate in code reviews.
• Document agent architectures, deployment processes, and best practices.
