Qualifications

• 5+ years of software development with a focus on AI/ML projects.
• Producing production apps with LLMs and Generative AI models.
• Experience with agentic methods, prompting, RAG, evaluation, and fine-tuning LLMs.
• Strong learning agility and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy generative AI applications using NodeJS & TS.
• Collaborate with product teams to apply AI to user needs.
• Lead exploration of state-of-the-art AI techniques.
• Inform on training and deployment infrastructure for scalability.
• Analyze real-world data to train and iterate models.
• Monitor AI application performance and adjust as needed.
• Stay updated on ML/AI developments and best practices.
