You will build models on real claims data, design evaluations comparing AI with expert judgments, and ship production code for large language models and retrieval systems.

The role focuses on the auto casualty domain, with opportunities to influence how insurers and repair networks adopt AI-powered decision support across medical bills, claims

Qualifications

• Strong Python and SQL skills with production experience.
• Experience with ML models and LLM-based approaches (RAG, embeddings, vector search).
• Solid foundation in statistics, probability, and experiment design.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship statistical, ML, and hybrid LLM models on real claims data.
• Design evaluations and gold datasets, and run them as products evolve.
• Measure impact through experiments, baselines, and ROI analyses and communicate results to stakeholders.
