CCC Intelligent Solutions Inc. is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to own end-to-end AI agents for our auto casualty product line. You will design, build, and ship AI workflows that handle complex documents, claim data, and tool integration, with emphasis on safety and measurable improvements.

The role requires 5+ years in software/ML engineering, strong Python API skills, and experience shipping LLM-powered products with retrieval. Bonus eligibility applies; located in the United States.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software or ML engineering, with meaningful recent work with LLMs.

Responsabilités

• Design and build LLM-powered agents and workflows, including orchestration, tool use, retrieval, and structured extraction.
• Develop evaluations with data labelers and SMEs and run them on every change.
• Make agents production-ready with guardrails, observability, cost control, and safe handling of health data.
