Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a world‑class Product Engineer to advance enterprise AI with a strong focus on Generative AI and conversational interfaces. You will lead the e2e delivery, collaborate with ML/GAI experts, and mentor peers while shaping features across chat and GUI channels for global customers.

You will work with PM/UX/GTM teams to scope deliverables, ensure high quality engineering, and drive scalable, impactful user experiences in a fast‑growing AI startup environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to tech lead other engineers and deliver end-to-end projects.
• BS or higher degree in computer science or related field.
• 10+ years in scalable system development.
• Strong product sense and passion for scalable web or conversational UI.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Curiosity and willingness to learn beyond comfort zone.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with PM, UX, and GTM to define and validate deliverables.
• Design and implement features using Agentic AI for business value.
• Work with GAI experts and cross-functional teams on innovative features.
• Expand reach to more customers, domains, and global markets.
• Identify patterns to advance the Agentic AI framework.
• Develop into a well‑rounded product engineer applying LLM tech.
