Job summary

The Walt Disney Company’s Disney Experiences Technology team is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to design, develop, and deploy high-impact AI/ML solutions that drive measurable business value across our entertainment company. You will lead complex cross-functional projects with emphasis on reuse, scalability, reliability, and performance.

The Senior ML Engineer will report to the ML Engineering Manager.

Qualifications

• 5+ years designing, building, and deploying AI/ML solutions at scale.
• 1–2 years of production experience in Generative AI technologies.
• Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and lifecycle management in production.

Responsibilities

• Own the AI/ML platform backbone, including CI/CD, versioning, deployment, rollback, and release management.
• Build observability for model/agent performance, data quality, latency, and cost.
• Develop production-scale AI systems and multi-agent orchestration platforms.
• Own the AI/ML lifecycle from implementation to deployment and monitoring.
