You will join a multidisciplinary team bridging research and production, advancing AI/LLM-driven personalization and robust evaluation for Disney's streaming platforms, based in San Francisco.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience developing ML models and deploying to production
• Strong background in applied ML science and end-to-end ML engineering with a focus on recommendations
• Hands-on experience with AI and LLM techniques and modern ML tooling

Responsibilities

• Algorithm development: ideate, develop, iterate on, and productionize personalization algorithms
• AI and LLM innovation: apply modern AI techniques to improve recommendations and evaluation
• Applied science: contribute ideas on data, features, and objectives for models
• Vision and roadmap: drive technical vision for personalization and opportunities
• Experimentation and evaluation: design and run offline and online experiments
• Collaboration: work with Engineering, Product, and Data partners
• ML engineering: build production-ready, maintainable systems
