Job summary

Workday is seeking a Machine Learning Engineer on the AI Platform team to build tailored user experiences with advanced agentic AI, LLMs and RAG. You will collaborate with engineers to deliver ML solutions across Workday’s product ecosystem and enable training, deployment, and lifecycle management of various ML models.

Qualifications

• Apply ML techniques including LLMs and NLU to HR/Finance text data and design cloud ML architectures.
