Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking a Sr. Machine Learning Engineer to join our AIDR Engineering Team, focusing on high-throughput, low-latency LLM inferencing.

You will collaborate with data scientists and engineers to support post-training workflows, data engineering, and scalable AI applications for enterprise users. In this front-line role, you'll design robust data pipelines, mentor colleagues, and contribute to architecture decisions that improve performance, reliability, and security across our AI

Qualifications

• Prior work experience in data engineering for advanced data science use cases.
• Deep understanding of LLM post-training methods and compute architectures.
• Understanding of scalability and distributed systems (sharding, partitioning, concurrency).
• Team player with strong collaboration.
• Commit to engineering best practices and code reviews.
• Ability to work in test-driven, iterative development.
• Deliver high-quality software that is unit tested and CI'd.
• Experience applying AI to improve decision-making and workflows.
