CrowdStrike is seeking a Staff Data Engineer to design and scale data infrastructure powering AI-driven security products. You will lead LLM integration, agentic workflows, and end-to-end data services at exabyte-scale, mentoring engineers and shaping platform standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in Data Engineering/Platform Engineering.
• Experience architecting AI/ML platforms at massive scale.
• Hands-on experience in LLM engineering, RAG, and developing agentic workflows.
• Proven track record designing and delivering large-scale distributed systems.
• Exceptional ability to write clean, performant, well-tested code for production.
• Understand secure code development and peer reviews.
• Prior staff-level leadership and mentorship experience.
• Proven use of AI to enhance decision-making and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Architect, build, and optimize data platforms to support LLMs, NN, RAG, and advanced AI agentic systems at exabyte scale.
• Drive adoption of agentic workflows and autonomous data-driven security features.
• Lead by coding high-quality, scalable data solutions with rapid iteration.
• Mentor engineers and lead design reviews to strengthen the team.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists and Product Managers to productionize research.
