Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of software engineering or ML engineering experience with production systems.
• Hands-on experience with large language models and generative AI technologies.
• Experience with RAG, AI agents, tool-calling systems, or LLM-based workflows.
• Strong Python skills and backend/ML services development.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for architecture and AI capabilities from design to production.
• Design scalable, production-grade AI systems using LLMs, agents, tools, and knowledge retrieval.
• Architect AI workflows enabling natural language queries, follow-ups, and troubleshooting.
• Develop guardrails, evaluation frameworks, and observability for AI components.
• Collaborate with backend, platform, and product teams to scale AI workloads.
