Striveworks is hiring a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to design and deploy AI systems for real-world federal use cases. You will work with customers, data scientists, and engineers to define requirements, build ML models, and orchestrate data pipelines that support our Chariot platform.

The role combines hands-on modeling, systems engineering, and mission-focused delivery at Fort Belvoir with travel and direct customer engagement. Strong Python and ML library expertise are essential.

Qualificações

• BS degree in computer science, machine learning, or a related discipline with 6+ years of experience.
• Experience integrating LLMs and/or building AI agents and agentic workflows or systems.
• Proficiency in Python and ML libraries; strong software engineering fundamentals.
• Proficiency with modern software engineering tools and processes.
• Active TS/SCI security clearance and US citizenship.

Responsabilidades

• Define requirements and orchestrate complex data engineering pipelines.
• Develop ML models and analytics for image, video, text, geospatial, time series, and structured data.
• Contribute to customer-driven projects and Striveworks products, including Chariot platform.
• Collaborate with customers, data scientists, software engineers, and DevOps for deployments.
