Job summary

Wayve's ADAS team is building the perception and intelligence that powers driver assistance. You will train, debug, and improve CV and 3D perception models, and own data pipelines across data, training, evaluation, and iteration.

The role emphasizes end-to-end ownership, scalable labelling, and offline/online perception, with opportunities to work on LiDAR, tracking, and 3D reconstruction in a production stack. Hybrid work in our US offices.

Qualifications

• Built and shipped CV-focused deep learning systems for real-world use.
• Experience with 3D perception concepts or pipelines (LiDAR, tracking, 3D).
• Able to own work end-to-end, from data to evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Train, debug, and improve computer vision and 3D perception models.
• Work across the full ML lifecycle: data, training, evaluation, and iteration.
• Build scalable data pipelines including auto-labelling and pseudo-labelling.
• Collaborate to decide what to tackle next based on system underperformance.
