Wayve is seeking a Senior / Staff Machine Learning Engineer to advance reinforcement learning for end-to-end driving models within the AV Core organisation. You will lead RL design from concept to large-scale experiments, work with researchers and engineers across core teams, and push for measurable improvements in driving behavior.

• Proven track record in reinforcement learning for high-dimensional problems.
• Strong Python and PyTorch skills; build ML training/evaluation systems.
