Job summary

Press Ganey is seeking a passionate Machine Learning Data Scientist III specializing in Conversational AI to join our AI Solutions team. Design, develop, and evaluate Conversational AI Agents, collaborating with AI Scientists and ML Engineers to build innovative Generative AI products.

You will leverage your experience in Generative AI, NLP, and state-of-the-art methods (RAG, multi-agent architectures) while aligning with Responsible AI practices and the Model Validation CoE.

Qualifications

• Master's in CS/AI or related field.
• 5+ years in Applied Research or Software Engineering.
• Experience in Conversational AI / Dialogue Systems with Generative AI.
• Familiar with LangChain/LangGraph and similar toolkits.
• Strong ML, NLP, and Generative AI understanding.
