Job summary

Press Ganey is seeking a Machine Learning Data Scientist III – Conversational AI to join our AI Solutions team in the United States. You will design, develop, and evaluate Conversational AI Agents and work closely with AI Scientists and ML Engineers to build state-of-the-art AI products that align with responsible AI practices.

You have a Master’s in CS/AI with 5+ years in applied research or software engineering, and proven experience in Generative AI, LangChain, and distributed data tools.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in Applied Research and/or Software Engineering.
• Proven experience in Conversational AI / Dialogue Systems using Generative AI methods.
• Experience with Generative AI toolkits and standards (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph, MCP, ADK, A2A).
• Strong understanding of ML, NLP, and Generative AI.
• Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and evaluate Conversational AI agents.
• Collaborate with AI Scientists and ML Engineers to create AI products.
• Align with State-of-the-Art practices across the AI & ML team.
• Coordinate with Responsible AI & Model Validation for ethical AI.
