Job summary

Press Ganey is seeking a skilled Machine Learning Data Scientist III – Conversational AI to join our AI Solutions team in the US. You will design and evaluate conversational agents, collaborating with AI researchers and engineers to create advanced AI products.

You will apply Generative AI methods, ensure ethical development, and align with best practices while contributing to responsible AI initiatives and cross-team excellence.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in Applied Research and/or Software Engineering.
• Experience in Conversational AI / Dialogue Systems using Generative AI methods.
• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, MCP, ADK, A2A, or similar toolkits.
• Strong understanding of Machine Learning, NLP, and Generative AI.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and evaluate Conversational AI Agents.
• Collaborate with AI Scientists and ML Engineers on various AI products.
• Ensure alignment with state-of-the-art practices and Responsible AI standards.
