You will lead a team to design, deploy, and evaluate models, including AI Agents powered by LLMs, while collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Data leadership to drive measurable outcomes. The role emphasizes mentoring senior ICs, promoting responsible AI practices, and advancing a culture of Excellence and curiosity.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of ML experience or equivalent.
• Hands-on experience building and deploying large‑scale production ML systems.
• Proficiency in Python and major ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow).
• Expertise in prompting and fine‑tuning LLMs and building production AI Agents.
• Experience designing scalable data/ML pipelines using Spark/Airflow.
• Ability to influence technical strategy as a senior IC.
• Experience partnering across functions and owning outcomes.
• Mentoring and uplifting others to build inclusive high‑performing teams.
• Strong AI fluency and focus on responsible AI practices.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the technical strategy for AI/ML powering recommendations, ranking, and personalization.
• Design, develop, and deploy production‑grade models using PyTorch and other ML frameworks.
• Build and deploy production AI Agents with LLMs and sub‑agents.
• Architect end‑to‑end ML pipelines integrating data processing with training, evaluation, and deployment.
• Drive experimentation frameworks, including A/B testing and offline evaluation.
• Partner cross‑functionally with Product, Engineering, and Data leadership to translate business challenges into ML solutions.
• Mentor senior individual contributors and foster a culture of Excellence.
• Take ownership of complex problems from insight to impact with an agile mindset.
• Champion responsible AI practices ensuring fairness, transparency, and user safety.
