Job summary

Blue Origin LLC seeks a Senior Product Engineer to own the production release of a highly integrated mixed-signal System-on-Chip (SOC) for the TeraWave platform. You will guide the SOC from tape-out through qualification, enabling high-volume production and controlling yield, cost, and schedule.

The role sits at the intersection of product, test, and validation engineering, requiring strong ownership of IC testing, data analysis, and collaboration with backend OSATs and NPI teams.

Qualifications

• BSEE or equivalent; 7+ years in IC product engineering.
• Experience owning product releases through characterization and reliability testing.
• Hands-on mixed-signal/ digital SOC testing experience (ADC/DAC, SerDes, CPU bringup).

Responsibilities

• Own the Digital Beamformer SOC product release from tape-out to production qualification.
• Develop characterization and qualification plans for AFE/DFT/Datapath and synchronization subsystems.
• Lead validation and test teams for measurements, data analysis, and yield improvement.
• Define SOC test interfaces and requirements (DSI, SDIF, Ethernet, SPI/I3C).
• Own failure analysis across production lifecycle and drive corrective actions.
• Mentor junior engineers in mixed-signal and digital SOC engineering.
