Summit Restoration and Construction is seeking a Lead Mitigation Technician to oversee water, fire, and mold mitigation projects from start to finish in Phoenix. You will ensure work complies with IICRC standards and company procedures.

This hands-on leadership role manages field operations, mentors technicians, maintains documentation, and delivers outstanding customer service throughout the project lifecycle.

Competenze

• Strong understanding of IICRC S500 and S520 standards.
• Knowledge of drying systems, air movement, dehumidification, and containment setup.
• Familiarity with insurance program requirements, including documentation and response times.
• Ability to read and interpret sketches, moisture maps, and drying logs.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

Mansioni

• Oversee mitigation projects from inspection to completion.
• Manage field operations and guide technicians.
• Ensure compliance with IICRC standards and company procedures.
• Document progress with photos and required systems (DASH, CompanyCam, MICA).
• Maintain safety, PPE, and containment on-site.
• Coordinate with Mitigation Manager and Field Supervisor on scheduling.
• Deliver high level of customer service throughout projects.
• Lead, train, and mentor field technicians.
