Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Mission Systems Engineer for the Air Dominance and Strike team to deliver end-to-end autonomous air systems. Qualifications

• Active U.S. Top Secret security clearance required.
• Experience with radar, EO/IR, RF, or EW payloads and sensors.
• Proven ability to build physics-based models of system performance.
• 2+ years in seeker design and development.
• 2+ years in payload integration and validation.
• 8+ years in relevant science/engineering fields.

Responsibilities

• Conduct trades for communications, sensing, and effector systems to deliver mission outcomes.
• Architect autonomous payload and system concepts with defined interfaces.
• Develop physics-based models of payload performance with SMEs.
• Create validated models for mission-level simulation tools.
• Validate system performance with test and integration engineers.
• Collaborate with AD&S teams to deliver high-performance systems.
• Manage subcontractors or internal teams to meet subsystem requirements.
• Communicate results clearly within and outside the team.
