Qualifications

• Supervising administrative staff and assessing productivity, efficiency, and program operations.
• Planning the work to be accomplished by subordinates, setting short-term priorities, preparing schedules.
• Providing complex administrative services (financial management, budgeting, procurement, personnel, logistics, travel, records).
• Evaluating work performance and advising employees on work and administrative matters.

Responsibilities

• Supervising a group of administrative employees who are responsible for assessing the productivity, effectiveness, and efficiency of program operations or who analyze and resolve problems in the effectiveness and efficiency of administrative support and staff activities.
• Planning the work to be accomplished by your subordinates, set and adjust short-term priorities, prepare schedules for completion of the work.
• Providing complex administrative services, including, but not limited to, financial management, management and information systems, budget, finance, procurement, personnel, telecommunications, logistics, records and files, printing, mail, travel, and office equipment.
• Evaluating work performance of subordinates; give advice, counsel or instruction to employees on both work and administrative matters.
