Job summary

CACI International seeks a Senior Solutions Architect to lead end-to-end solution development for DoD EW, Cyber, and Systems Engineering opportunities. You will own engagement from shaping through proposal to execution, working with BD, Capture, Engineering, and Proposal teams to craft mission-focused solutions.

The role requires 10+ years in solution architecture and a TS/SCI clearance, with travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

10+ years of solution architecture, systems engineering, or technical leadership experience in DoD/IC.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related technical discipline.
Proven success leading large Federal capture and proposal efforts ($100M+ TCV).
Experience with EW, Cyber, or mission engineering domains.
Ability to translate customer requirements into technical solutions.
Experience authoring technical proposal volumes for federal acquisitions.
Strong communication, leadership, and customer engagement skills.
Active TS/SCI security clearance required.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end technical solution development for capture and proposals.
Develop differentiated solutions across EW, Cyber, Systems Engineering, and more.
Translate customer requirements into architectures, staffing, and proposal content.
Lead cross-functional teams across BD, Capture, Engineering, Proposal, Pricing, and Product Mgmt.
Evaluate technologies, conduct trade studies, and develop technical discriminators.
Support classified and unclassified proposals with quality and compliance.
Represent CACI EW capabilities through engagements, briefs, papers, and strategy sessions.
Mentor other Solution Architects and contribute to reviews.
