Job summary

CACI International Inc. seeks a Senior Mission Solution Architect to lead the development of executable, scorable solutions for DoD, Intelligence Community, and interagency opportunities.

You will translate complex missions into clear solution narratives and drive proposals with SMEs and leadership involvement. You will shape CONOPS, mission workflows, system architectures, and staffing/transition plans, while ensuring alignment with government evaluation criteria and executive reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related technical discipline or equivalent mission and technical experience.
• Demonstrated ability to translate mission requirements into executable technical or operational solutions.
• Strong written and verbal communication for senior-leader briefing and persuasive proposal content.
• Experience creating CONOPS, mission workflows, system views, staffing/transition approaches, or technical volume content.

Responsibilities

• Develop mission-centered solutions that are complete, technically credible, executable, and responsive to government evaluation criteria.
• Shape solutions across M&ES capability areas including lifecycle sustainment and mission operations.
• Lead solution development for intelligence, cyber, systems engineering, and mission operations opportunities.
• Facilitate solutioning sessions with Capture, BD, pricing, proposal teams, SMEs, and partners to close gaps.
• Brief recommendations to senior leaders and defend the solution through gate and reviews.
