Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or Master’s with extended experience) in a software/engineering field.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with ability to obtain polygraph after hire.
• Proven leadership of large, geographically distributed engineering organizations delivering mission software.
• Experience managing $20M+/year software development and sustainment portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical program leadership for full-lifecycle development, integration, deployment, and sustainment of mission software systems.
• Oversee mission-critical delivery for classified/unclassified environments with Agile practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Engage government sponsors, shape technical direction, and drive strategic growth.
• Maintain program performance baselines with disciplined accountability across scope, schedule, and budget.
• Foster innovation through rapid prototyping, IR&D, and technical collaboration across teams.
