Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Mission Software Engineer to own and drive critical areas of the Electronic Warfare software stack, spanning embedded systems, backend services, and deployment tooling. You will operate independently, make architectural decisions, and interface with operators to translate mission requirements into engineering priorities.

Qualificações

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in at least two of: Haskell, Rust, C++, Go, TypeScript.
• Expertise in embedded, backend, deployment, or networking domains.
• Production Linux experience.
• Ability to own and ship complex software with minimal oversight.
• Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.
• Eligible for a U.S. Top Secret SCI security clearance.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.

Responsabilidades

• Own technical direction for critical EW software areas.
• Architect and deploy scalable production solutions.
• Debug cross-system issues across embedded, networking, and apps.
• Develop high-performance software including RF data and deployment tools.
• Drive quality through reviews and testing strategies.
• Mentor junior engineers and interface with customers.
• Collaborate with embedded software, DSP/RFML, systems architecture, and growth teams.
• Support field deployments and customer engagements.
• Contribute to building the MSE team's culture and standards.
