Job summary

Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems seeks a Sr. Principal Test Conductor - Mission Planner at Edwards, CA to lead mission planning for developmental flight tests and coordinate across maintenance, design, and test teams.

You will shape sorties using JMPS/PFPS/AFMSS and drive pre/post-mission execution with strong written and verbal communication. The role requires a Top Secret clearance, extensive mission planning experience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment on

Qualifications

• Requires 13 years of related experience with high school diploma ORBachelor's with 8+ years OR Master’s with 6+ years OR Ph.D. with 4+ years.

Responsibilities

• Create test article mission plans and routing for development efforts.
• Provide pre/post mission support planning and documentation.
• Review and evaluate test requirements for feasibility and adequacy.
• Provide laboratory support for integration testing.
• Interface with design/analysis teams to define test configuration and data requirements.
• Support test readiness reviews and pre/post-test briefings.
• Lead data analyses to identify anomalies and assist resolution.
