Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship required and active security clearance.
• 10+ years in modeling, simulation, or operations analysis for defense systems.
• Strong math, statistics, and DOE background applied to weapon systems.
• Proficiency in MATLAB, Python, and C/C++ for algorithms and data analysis.
• Experience with MBSE tools and real-time/simulation environments is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and ability to brief leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and integrate mission-level and system-level models and simulations.
• Design engagement scenarios and perform analyses for requirements and trades.
• Implement algorithms in MATLAB/Python/C/C++ and document results.
• Create and present clear technical reports to project teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior staff.
• Support on-site mission modeling activities and reviews.
