Job summary

Nightwing Technologies, LLC is seeking an experienced Senior Signals Intelligence Officer to lead multi-mode SIGINT collection operations in a 24/7 NSO environment in Northern Virginia. The role requires hands-on expertise with airborne and ground platforms, and the ability to coordinate across military and IC partners to deliver actionable reporting.

Qualified candidates will have TS/SCI clearance with polygraph, 8+ years of related experience, and strong knowledge of RF/wireless technologies,

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
• 8+ years of relevant experience.
• 5+ years hands-on SIGINT/ELINT or EW experience.
• Experience configuring, operating, and maintaining multi-mode SIGINT systems.
• Real-time triage of time-sensitive collection.
• RF and wireless technologies (2G–5G, Wi‑Fi) knowledge.
• Liaison with military and Intelligence Community partners.
• Ability to work rotating shifts in a 24/7 environment.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical SIGINT collection operations in a 24/7 intelligence center.
• Plan and execute multi-mode SIGINT and electronic warfare collection.
• Operate, configure, and maintain SIGINT equipment on ground or airborne platforms.
• Perform real-time triage of collected signals for exploitation.
• Fuse SIGINT data with geospatial and other intelligence sources.
• Disseminate collection results and technical assessments to mission partners.
• Manage taskings and information flow across organizations; liaise with counterparts.
• Brief leadership and prepare technical documentation and shift turnover materials.
• Mentor junior SIOs and support training.
• Support domestic and international travel, exercises, or deployments.
• Perform other technical or operational duties as assigned.
